Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once the machinery has been moved onto the property and work has commenced.

Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the service agreement in writing prior to work start; however, if work has commenced and machinery has been moved, no refund is available. The contractor reserves the right to cease work if payments are not made as agreed.
